Adhesive label with 16 temperature points. This indicator changes colour as it shows the box with the temperature detected at anytime with green colour. Being reversible, it will change on the basis of any increase or decrease in the temperature recorded.

Adhesive and flexible , this thermometer can be stuck to any surface to control. It has been manufactured in LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), a special technology based on inks changing colour by any temperature variation.

The 16 level reversible thermometer contains no electrical components and no batteries.  It is easy to use. To record the temperature, you just have to stick it to any kind of surface or element to control.

This thermometer comes with 16 LCD temperature points changing colour when all of them reach the temperature indicated. The temperature change of each point follows three steps:
  • Blue: slightly below the marked temperature
  • Green: the indicated temperature
  • Brown / Red: slightly above the marked temperature

It can be supplied in bags of 10 units.

This 16 level thermometer is available in the following temperature ranges:

  • Range 2: 14ºC - 31ºC (58 to 88ºF) (Temperature points ºC: 14 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 26 27 28 29 30 31º)
  • Range 3: 32ºC - 49ºC (90 to 120ºF) (Temperature points ºC: 32 33 34 35 37 38 39 40 41 42 43 44 45 47 48 49ºC)
  • Range A: 10ºC - 40ºC (50 a 104ºF) (Puntos de temperatura en ºC: 10 12 14 16 18 20 22 24 26 28 30 32 34 36 38 40º)

Self-adhesive thermometers made with LCD inks with encapsulated microcrystals changing colour on the basis of the temperature. They are a non-toxic mixture of liquid crystalline esters. The indicator is covered with a layer of transparent polyester.

The prolonged exposure of these labels to sunlight and UV radiation is forbidden.  They must not be immersed in water or other liquids. Other labels in the range come with a special protection and therefore can be immersed in water or other liquids.

Accuracy: +/- 1ºC

The components of this thermometer are not dangerous and comply with RoHS 3 (EU2015/863), WEE and REACH regulations with reference to the public health and the environment.

Moreover, this product does not contain any chemical component listed in California Proposition 65 and SVHC.

Uses of the 16 level LCD thermometer

The 16 level reversible thermometer can be used in all sectors. This indicator comes with the biggest number of temperature points for each label. This means that it can cover a significant temperature range with accuracy as its control points are almost consecutive.

It can be applied in all kinds of labs. It is a vertical label which can be easily used in test pieces and test tubes.  Despite the shape of the container, it can be perfectly stuck to these elements to carry out a precise reading of the temperature.

Moreover, its size and number of control points make it very useful in heating systems or machinery subject to overheating.  It can be placed in any area to let workers detect abnormal temperatures easily.  This is particularly useful in hospitals or in the food industry.
